Find the fault lines before they find you.
You have been building. Then the questions arrive.
You have a vision. A concept, possibly a prototype. At least one conversation underway with a manufacturer. Then the questions start — and they are not the questions you expected.
"The manufacturer wants tolerances, draft angles, and a parting line strategy."
"The manufacturer is asking for specs I'm not sure how to provide."
"I'm not sure if my material choice will work at the volume I need."
"I don't know what compliance requirements apply to my product category."
"I keep going back and forth on this decision and I can't afford another month of indecision."
"I want to make sure this product makes business sense before I commit to tooling."
This is not a failure of vision. It is a structural gap — and it is built into how product development is taught and practised. A complete product requires resolved decisions across at least fifteen distinct technical domains. Most founders are aware of the four or five they have already encountered. The others are silent risks until they aren't.
A draft angle missed at the design stage costs $15,000–$40,000 in retooling. A regulatory requirement discovered after tooling commitment costs the entire project. A tolerance budget nobody calculated turns five precision parts into a misaligned assembly. Signal Sprint™ exists to find these problems at the cheapest possible moment — before any of them become corrections.
What the ClarityReport contains.
By the end of Signal Sprint™ you do not have sketches. You have something more valuable — a complete understanding of what you are building, why it matters, and what constraints define the only solutions worth pursuing.
The Defended Problem Statement
A precise, written articulation of what the product is solving, who it is solving it for, and why it matters at this specific moment in the market. Not a paragraph you write — a paragraph you can defend in any room: manufacturer, investor, engineer, customer, partner.
The Operating Context Map
A documented description of the environment the product exists in — physical, regulatory, behavioural, and commercial. Where the product will be used, by whom, under what conditions, in which markets, under which regulatory regimes, at which price points relative to competition.
The Constraint Hierarchy
A ranked list of every constraint that governs the product — cost, materials, manufacturing process, ergonomics, regulatory compliance, performance, supply chain, lifecycle, packaging, certification — ordered by their actual influence on the design space. The hierarchy makes it clear which constraints define the solution and which are negotiable.
The Validated & Unvalidated Assumption Map
A clear separation between what you know about your product and what you believe but have not yet tested. Every assumption is either backed by evidence or flagged as a risk that requires validation before further commitment.
The Risk Map Across All Domains
A structured identification of risks across every relevant technical domain — mechanical, electrical, thermal, manufacturing, tolerance, material, regulatory, supply chain, ergonomic, cost, lifecycle. Each risk named, assessed for severity, and prioritised for action before further commitment.
The Strategic Direction
The synthesis of everything above into a clear, written direction for the product — what it must be, what it cannot be, and what the architecture of the solution must include. Not a design. The brief that any designer, engineer, or manufacturer needs to execute correctly.
The Decision Log
A documented record of every significant decision made during the Signal Sprint™ — what was decided, what the alternatives were, and what constraints drove it. Months later, the answer to "why did we choose this?" exists in writing.
Signal Sprint™ does not produce sketches, CAD files, renders, or prototypes. It produces something more valuable — and earlier in the process.

ANTI-FØRMULA STUDIO
The 14-day
Signal Sprint™
journey.
Scroll down to move through each phase. Red phases are where you are needed. Blue — Anti-Førmula works independently. You continue building.
PHASE 01
Input
Gathering
DAY 1
A structured intake call. You share everything — brief, sketches, CAD files, manufacturer conversations, prototypes, financial assumptions. Nothing is too rough.
Anti-Førmula asks structured questions designed to surface what is documented, what is assumed, and what is being avoided. You leave having said out loud — often for the first time — exactly where the project is and where it is unclear.
PHASE 02
Decon-
struction
DAYS 2–4
The inputs are taken apart systematically across all relevant technical domains. Every assumption identified. Every constraint surfaced. Every gap mapped. Every contradiction exposed.
You are not in this phase. You continue building. This work happens in parallel — without you in the room.
PHASE 03
Structured
Analysis
DAYS 4–7
The deconstruction is organised across six analytical layers — problem definition, context, constraint hierarchy, assumption testing, risk identification, and direction synthesis.
A single 30-minute check-in occurs at day 5 or 6. Anti-Førmula arrives with specific questions. You respond. The call ends. No open-ended discussion.
PHASE 04
Synthesis
& Drafting
DAYS 7–10
The full Clarity Report is drafted. All seven components — Defended Problem Statement, Operating Context Map, Constraint Hierarchy, Assumption Map, Risk Map, Strategic Direction, Decision Log — produced, edited, and integrated into a single coherent document.
You are not involved in this phase.
PHASE 05
Delivery &
Alignment
DAYS 10–14
The Clarity Report is delivered as a written document. A working delivery session follows — not a presentation.
You ask questions. You challenge conclusions. You ensure every part of the document is understood and defensible. Anti-Førmula adjusts within 48 hours. The document is locked when you sign off.
14 DAYS COMPLETE
You do not have sketches. You have a complete decision foundation.
Pricing.
All seven Clarity Report components. All five phases. Complete scope. The delivery standard does not change — the price reflects the studio's founding phase.
Every phase, every deliverable, every output. Same standard, same seven-component Clarity Report. Limited time offer while the studio is in its founding phase.
You receive the Clarity Report and use it however you choose — brief your team, hire other studios, present to investors. Anti-Førmula's involvement ends when the report is locked. Recommended for first engagements.
If you continue with Anti-Førmula into Architect or Execute, the full Signal Sprint™ fee is credited against the larger engagement. Structured discovery that de-risks the commitment for both parties.
Questions,answered.
"I already know my problem clearly."
A 30-minute intake call will confirm that. If the problem is as defined as you believe, the engagement is shorter and less expensive. If it is not — which is more common than founders expect — Signal Sprint™ proves its value in the first phase.
"I can do this analysis myself."
You can. The question is whether you can do it across all fifteen technical domains, with the rigour required to defend every conclusion, while also running your company.
"Why is it this much?"
The pricing is calibrated to the cost of the alternative. A single draft angle missed at tooling costs $15,000–$40,000. The Founder Rate is significantly below the standard rate for this scope.
"Do I need a prototype or CAD files to start?"
No. Signal Sprint™ works with whatever you have — napkin sketch to working prototype. The intake phase captures the project wherever it currently is. Earlier is better.
"How much of my time does it require?"
4–6 hours over 1–2 weeks: a 60–90 min intake call, a 30-min check-in, and a 90–120 min delivery session. Anti-Førmula works independently in between. No surprise meetings.
"What if it doesn't produce useful output?"
The engagement does not close until you sign off. The delivery session is built for you to challenge any conclusion. If any section does not meet the standard described in this offer, Anti-Førmula refines it at no additional cost until it does.
The founders who do Signal Sprint™ first build with confidence.
The Founder Rate is a limited time offer. When it closes, the price reflects the studio's full authority. The work reflects that standard from day one.
